Everything you need to know about ordering from V's Dessert

We recommend ordering contacting us at least 2-3 weeks ahead for custom cakes.

We are currently working on organising Sydney deliveries. In the meantime you can pick up from our Dee Why cafe Thursday-Sunday.
Monday-Wednesday collections can also be arranged via email or social media.

Absolutely! For custom cake designs, messages or special dietary requirements, please reach out to us via our contact form or social media and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Our gluten free kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment apart from gluten. Please advise us of any severe allergies.

We understand plans can change! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Our cakes are best consumed fresh on the day of pickup or delivery. Basque cheesecakes and cream-based cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days. Allow cheesecakes to come to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for the best flavour.
